Based on your overall health and concern, individualized exercises will be created for you, that can be performed in your home or office. These exercises will be personalized for you.
When checking out, describe your condition(s) in detail under the "Note to Seller" section. Include diagnosis, pre-existing conditions, and accompanying issues to your condition if applicable.
But what you actually get is much more - You can play the video exercises on your computer, print the PDF formats, or after installing a free app, keep them on your smartphones.
In 30 days your exercises can be changed to accommodate your physical capabilities, without additional charges. It takes one workday for the exercises to be prepared.
After this is issued, refunds are not available. You may purchase more than one package, to gift to your family.
Alfred's Therapy reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund if deemed harmful to the requestor's condition.
